Summary: This  2021 Paul Reed Smith Silver Sky, finished in Orion Green is an idealized version of a vintage single-coil guitar where every detail adds up and sets this guitar apart from the pack and the past. The result of a close collaboration between John Mayer and Paul Reed Smith, the Silver Sky is based off of years of development. Incorporating Mayer and Smith’s favorite elements of 1963 and 1964 instruments with an eye toward modern references, the PRS Silver Sky delivers the warmth and familiarity of an old guitar with the finesse of a brand-new instrument.

Body: Alder in Orion Green finish.

Neck:  Maple with a Maple fingerboard,  25.5” scale length,  ” nut width, 22 frets, small birds inlays.

Pickups/Hardware: PRS 635JM single coil  pickups, vintage style locking tuning keys,  PRS steel tremolo bridge, white knobs, bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in great shape. It has the lightest wear a used guitar can have. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
