 This Carlo Greco archtop is a jewel from the master, who singlehandedly crafted Guild Artist Award archtops by hand for decades. This beauty, similar to a Gibson Super 400 has everythingone could hope for in a hand carved archtop, with the liveliest top and wonderfully even tone.

Body: Spruce top with figured Maple back and sides in gloss natural finish.

Neck: Maple with a Ebony fingerboard, 25.5” scale length, 1.69” nut width, (21mm deep at 1st fret, 53mm wide at the 12th fret), 20 frets, Mother of pearl and abalone inlays.

Pickup/Hardware: DeArmond Rhythm Chief 1100 pickup, Schaller tuning keys, compensated bridge with Ebony base, Ebony knobs, bone nut.

Cosmetics: This guitar is in good shape. It has light surface scratches on the body, including a few scrapes on the lower front bout. The back of the neck is clean, and the frets show minimal wear. The back has light buckle rash. Overall, this guitar plays very well and sounds fantastic.

Playability: Our in-house guitar tech has inspected, setup, and restrung this instrument with a new set of strings. The neck is straight, the truss rod is fully functional, and the action has been setup low and comfortable.
